Barefooting Bulletin Board

I went to the Georgia state code website to see what I could find about barefoot-related laws. Apparently there are none at all. I searched for "barefoot", "bare feet", and "shoe" and all that came up was the DOT regulations concerning "brake shoes" and laws concerning what to do with personal property of evictees (such as "clothing and shoes"). I'm sure there are more thorough ways to search the state code, but as far as I can tell there is not a single law on the books in Georgia concerning bare feet.
